Unlocking the Lyrical
Through the body, we listen, release and rediscover the pulse of being alive, as we immerse ourselves in a weekend dedicated to the magic of movement and dance.
Guided by the 5Rhythms map, we’ll journey through Flowing, Staccato and Chaos,
opening into the joyful lightness of Lyrical (where those “wow” moments so often arise)
and culminating in deep Stillness. Come as you are, and step into the dance.
Workshop language: English. German translation available on request.
"The Power of Wow" counts as 15 Waves-level hours toward the 5Rhythms Teacher Training. No previous experience is required.

5Rhythms® teacher
Ajay Rajani is a certified 5Rhythms® teacher and mentor who has been teaching the practice for more than twelve years and supporting aspiring 5Rhythms teachers on their training journey.
Born in Africa, with Indian roots, raised in London and now living in Portugal, Ajay brings a rich multicultural perspective to his work.
Grounded in over twenty years of meditation practice, he invites people to embody the present moment, trust their own experience, and discover the wisdom of body and mind.
